Join our compassionate team as a Hospice Care Advocate (HCA) - a dynamic role focused on building strong, lasting relationships with key referral partners in the healthcare community.

As a brand ambassador, you will :

  • Educate and inspire confidence in our hospice services, ensuring timely referrals for patients in need.
  • Identify and pursue new referral opportunities by engaging with hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices.
  • Facilitate meaningful discussions with healthcare professionals regarding patient needs and how hospice care enhances quality of life.
  • Implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive referrals.
  • Represent our organization at community events, professional associations, and educational in-services to promote our services.
  • Act as a resource and advocate for patients and families, guiding them through hospice options and the advantages of early referrals.

About You

What You Bring

You are a results-oriented, self-motivated professional who excels at nurturing relationships and providing heartfelt service. With a robust understanding of the healthcare landscape and consultative marketing experience, you are confident working both independently and collaboratively with clinical and operational teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
  • Established relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, or home health professionals.
  • Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Empathy for terminally ill patients and their families.
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding admissions and census goals.
