About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy in financial processes. You will support the accounting department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing.
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accounting databases.
- Support the accounting team with audits and other projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Pay Details : $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
