Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students through various outreach methods and assist them through the enrollment process
Maintain knowledge of programs and services, providing accurate information regarding entrance requirements and financial aid
Develop and monitor reports to enhance recruiting strategies and participate in community events to promote brand awareness
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in educational services, admissions counseling, or customer service
General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
