Join the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona team as our next Admissions Shift Lead where every shift is an opportunity to lead, inspire, and build unforgettable memories for kids and families.
Qualifications & Experience
What You'll Do :
As an Admissions Shift Lead, you're the go-to team leader ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front gates and beyond. Youll be part of a dynamic leadership team, setting the tone for excellence in guest service, safety, and team motivation.
Your Role Includes :
- Leading the day-to-day operation of Admissions and supporting F&B, Retail, and Attractions as needed
- Serving as Supervisor on Duty, helping team members, handling guest issues, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork
- Inspiring your team to be Guest Obsessed, delivering fun, energetic, and WOW-worthy service
- Delegating tasks, monitoring queues, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the attraction
- Taking initiative with guest recovery, staff coaching, and daily problem-solving
- Helping train new Hosts in everything from ride and food safety to retail standards
- Supporting performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and scheduling tasks
- Upholding all health and safety protocols to protect your team and our guests
- Keeping accurate records of training, incidents, and team performance
