PURPOSE OF POSITION : As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front office manager and ensuring guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process and accurately settle guest balances upon departure.
  • Provide guests with directions, information, and instructions to enhance their stay.
  • Make restaurant, transportation, childcare, and activity reservations on behalf of guests.
  • Assist the front office manager in recruiting, managing, training, motivating, and evaluating front desk staff.
  • Oversee daily cash and credit card transactions, including lift ticket sales.
  • Ensure accurate balancing and closing of lift ticket sales at the end of each day.
  • Proactively address and resolve guest, owner, and employee issues with urgency, respect, and empathy.
  • Help with concierge duties, including fulfilling special guest requests and coordinating transportation.
  • Collaborate with the front office manager to develop efficient processes for front desk operations.
  • Assist with creating staff schedules, training, and completing timecards as directed by the guest services manager.
  • Check for guest requests and services three days prior to arrival to ensure they are met.
  • Oversee breakfast and après ski setups and take-downs at the correct times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team success.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in staff leadership, coaching, and mentoring is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of computers, systems, and guest service tools is essential.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including overnight shifts.

    • EMPLOYMENT DATES :

  • ASAP - 4 / 19 / 2026

    • PAY RATE : $22 per hour
