The Sales Supervision Coordinator supports licensed Sales Supervision Principals (Series-certified people) by helping them review and process financial transactions submitted by financial advisors.
Daily Responsibilities (in simple terms) :
Receive and process documents submitted by financial advisors (like annuity forms, investment submissions, etc.).
Check paperwork to ensure it is complete, accurate, and follows company rules.
Assign cases correctly to the right principal for approval.
Follow up on missing or incorrect documents.
Enter data into internal systems such as Salesforce, Direct Order System, imaging systems.
Take inbound calls from branches, advisors, or other departments.
Communicate rate changes or updates from insurance carriers.
Monitor compliance (basic checks — not deep compliance , training is provided).
Coordinate between teams to process investment-related submissions faster.
