Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment. The Talent Director collaborates with the Talent Executive to execute all recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts within the restaurant. The Talent Director specifically owns the Onboarding and Training of new employees and ensures that all employees are equipped with the understanding and tools needed to perform duties in accordance with company policies and standards.
This role can be a physically demanding job involved in the day to day operations of the restaurant, and requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
