Job Title
This position is responsible for timely review of deposit control reconciliations. Responsible for the timely and accurate deposit of checks for multiple locations. The position provides excellent customer service to accounting managers, main cashiers and others. This position will be a resource for hospital main cashier locations in regards to the proper following and implementation of policy and procedures. Is also responsible for reviewing expense reports and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
- Solves problems within an accounting application or process. Performs a variety of calculating, verifying, posting, and summarizing tasks in maintaining assigned segments of financial records.
- Performs routine, repetitive tasks in recording day-to-day transactions related to reconciliations, systems, and reports.
- Resolves errors and notifies appropriate personnel to prevent future occurrences. Researches routine issues and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Provides excellent customer service to colleagues and customers with timely and professional phone calls, instant messages and emails.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability by taking responsibility for tasks and exemplifies dependable attendance.
- Manages a volume of work to meet required deadlines and set department goals.
- Understands and appropriately interprets Intermountain policies and procedures.
