Do you have a knack for numbers and an eye for detail? We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Fontana, CA. The successful individual will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing strategies to ensure accuracy in record keeping, and providing sound financial advice to the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, outstanding numeracy abilities, and the ability to integrate multiple software systems.

Job Title :   Kitchen Sr. Accounting Manager

Reports to :  Accounting General Manager

Salary :   $70,000-$75,000 + Bonus after working 1 year

Job Purpose : Accounting Manager oversee Accounting and Compliance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate cost Accounting and Operations reporting processes
  • Accounting Manager Develop and implement  SOPs  and work flow for Accounting
  • Develop and implement P&L templates
  • Coordinate vendor financial review
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Maintain license and permit files
  • Lead project team on the Accounting side
  • Accounting Manager will manage special projects in related areas as required

Consults with :

  • Accounting General Manager
  • Accounting Manager
  • Compliance Manager

    • Education and / or Experience :

  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Requires 2 years of experience with SAP
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Able to adhere to strict deadlines

    • Computer Skills :

  • Strong computer skills required; excellent with TruckMate (preferred), SAP, Excel, MS Office.

    • Reasoning Ability :

  • Must be able to interact with all levels of Management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Physical Demands :

  • Days company closed : Christmas and New Years, Thanksgiving they work or work 1 / 2 day
  • During their go-live period (projects) employees can work 10 hours a day
  • Vacation Time Blackout period during busy season Company has blackout dates where no one can take vacation October-February
  • The schedule usually 1st shift but must have open availability
