Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations related to construction billing, subcontractor payments, and credit card reconciliations. The Accounting Manager will work closely onsite with the Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage billing processes for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee payments to subcontractors, verifying documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate onsite with the Project Manager to align financial activities with project goals.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including monthly reconciliation of approximately 100 employee credit card statements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Support audits and financial reviews as needed.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and oversight.
