Our client, located in the Metro Atlanta area is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their Real Estate accounting department. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits.

Commercial Real Estate Accounting Manager

Where : Metro Atlanta

Salary : Base salary Up to $100k - $120k plus bonus and excellent benefits

Position Overview

This will be a mixed role whereby you would both prepare Financial Statements for assigned properties as well review the work of the property accountant's. You will also have exposure to development deals so could gain exposure to that as well.

Duties :

  • Prepare Financial Statements
  • Review Financial Statements of Property Accountants
  • Assist with month-end close
  • Perform general ledger maintenance
  • Assist with development deals

Requirements :

  • BS in Accounting
  • Experience in commercial real estate accounting
  • Proficient with MRI or Yardi
