Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Fargo, ND. The Accounting Manager will oversee key accounting functions, mentor team members, and play a critical role in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic analysis. Responsibilities :

• Lead month-end close processes and deliver accurate financial reports.
• Manage account reconciliations and monthly financial statement preparation.
• Supervise the accounts payable team to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee sales and use tax filings, delegating tasks to appropriate staff.
• Ensure timely submission of business filings with state and federal agencies.
• Coach and mentor team members through feedback and development.
• Improve the monthly close cycle and hold contributors accountable.
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting functions.
• Conduct profitability analysis at entity and branch levels.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis for business initiatives.
• Assist in annual budget development, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Contribute to monthly financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Finance.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00 / yr. Health Vision Dental 401k have attached pdf to req as well.
