We are looking for someone friendly to come join our small office / family in the accounting department. Full Time at $17.00 an hour to start. Someone that is familiar with QuickBooks, has a friendly speaking voice to call customer on past due invoices, take credit cards payments, create invoices in QuickBooks and Service Channel, help with dispatch, filing, good customer service, answering phones and multitask. Hours are 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Friday 8 : 00 - 2 : 00 . We are looking for local candidates only please!

Required Education : High school or equivalent

  • NO PHONES CALL PLEASE OR WALK IN'S

Full Time Monday - Thursday 8 : 00 - 4 : 00

Friday's - 8 : 00 - 2 : 00

Salary : $17.00 an hour

Job Type : Full-time
