DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :

  • Job Title : Accounting & Administrative Clerk
  • Location : Alvin, TX
  • Pay : $25 / hr. - $28 / hr.
  • Hours : 8am-5pm
  • Duration : temp-to-hire
  • Description of Duties : Supporting the CFO and other staff with day-to-day operations; Assist with a / p and a / r duties; Provide general administrative support to management; Manage the front desk
  • Requirements : Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent attention to detail; Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure; Must have QuickBooks desktop, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
