UNPHC  is seeking an Accounting Assistant at its corporate office. This position reports directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. UNPHC’s Accounting Assistant role will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks following generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), techniques, and practices.

KEY Responsibilities :

• Process daily accounts payable functions including handling purchase orders, invoices, and processing payments
• Perform daily accounts receivable functions including posting rent revenue, rent payments, and accurate bank reconciliations
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts promptly
• Generate month-end reports
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and facilitate informed decision-making

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Eligible for all benefits. A valid Utah driver’s license is required, as is the use of an insured personal vehicle for UNPHC business, and for which mileage is reimbursed. UNPHC is an equal opportunity employer.
