Oversee and manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Develop and produce accurate and timely financial statements to guide strategic decision-making. Lead the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending adjustments as necessary. Stay informed of federal, state, and local financial regulations, ensuring the organization remains fully compliant. Build and lead an accounting and bookkeeping team as needed, providing training, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. Prepare for and support external audits, ensuring accurate and complete documentation. Continuously evaluate and improve accounting systems and processes, leveraging technology and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification or equivalent is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience. Experience working with or managing an outsourced bookkeeping team. Proven experience rebuilding and optimizing accounting systems and processes. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Demonstrated expertise with intercompany transactions and consolidations. Proficiency in Quickbooks, Salesforce and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, builder mindset. Experience in healthcare or mental health services. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance. $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 annualized salary per year, commensurate with experience. ABOUT THE POSITION The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in transforming Camden Center’s financial infrastructure.
As the first in-house accounting professional, this individual will rebuild and optimize financial processes, develop a robust accounting framework, and create a foundation for long-term growth.
Camden Center operates in concert with multiple entities that support its operations, requiring seamless financial integration.
This role will oversee accounting across all entities, with a particular focus on intercompany finances.
