Responsibilities :
- Handle full cycle accounting for multiple clients
- Utilize Quickbooks online to maintain and update accounting records
- Understand and manage the interconnection of books
- Responsible for month-end close activities and preparing Journal Entries (JE's)
- Prepare and present financial statements
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Maintain the General Ledger and ensure its accuracy
- Perform month-end close procedures, including the preparation of financial reports
- Conduct Journal Entries as required
