The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing financial reports, maintaining bookkeeping records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a crucial role in the monthly closing process, perform account reconciliations, and provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. Ideal applicants should possess a robust understanding of accounting principles, combined with strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience in construction or real estate
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE is required
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
