About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented staff accountant to join our growing accounting team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will contribute significantly to the company's success by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, supporting key business decisions, and improving financial processes. This exciting opportunity will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including month-end close procedures, preparing journal entries, and reconciling general ledger accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization and have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial operations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Be Working On

• Financial record maintenance : Prepare and post journal entries for various accounting transactions.
• Month-end close procedures : Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures.
• General ledger reconciliation : Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Variance analysis : Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain fluctuations in financial results.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate with other members of the finance team and cross-functional departments (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure data accuracy and resolve accounting issues.
• Process improvement : Improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
• Company success : Contribute to the overall financial health and success of the company.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $58,000 - $68,000 + bonus. Restricted stock units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
