  • Monitors project due dates in Workstream and coordinates the timely delivery of all Outsourced Accounting Projects
  • Conducts self-review of work before submission to reviewer
  • Make corrections based on self-review before submission to reviewer
  • Takes ownership of assignments and takes responsibility for service quality, thoroughness, and accuracy
  • Learns from mistakes and changes approach / actions
  • Acts in a professional manner at all times
  • Clearly articulates requests and questions to client; takes notes to avoid repeat request / questions
  • Maintains high level of organization (open items listing, PBC list, client files, workpaper)
