CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROCUREMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phones and help the customer through any questions or concerns they may have
  • Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries
  • Provide customers with information about products and services
  • Maintain proper communication with Management for approvals
  • Review orders over and under budget to prevent unnecessary purchasing
  • Reach out to customers and other representatives to obtain any missing orders and ensure they are processed before the deadline
  • Process, Place and Approve orders
  • Communicate with Vendors
  • Keep accurate records of customer and Vendor interactions
  • Run reporting as requested
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints
  • Assist other Representatives when necessary
  • Send weekly reports to Management
  • Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager
