RCM Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day RCM liaison for assigned clinics
• Own client communication regarding billing performance, denial trends, payer issues, and operational questions
• Establish trust and strong relationships with clinic stakeholders, including practice owners, clinicians, and administrative staff
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including net collection rate (NCR), days in AR, clean claims rate, and first pass resolution rate
• Identify and escalate issues with coding, documentation, front desk, or other clinic operations processes that impact revenue
• Lead monthly performance reviews with clients
• Work with internal product and engineering teams to suggest improvements to EHR & practice management and automation tooling
• Partner with internal billing operations to triage and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments
• Drive continuous improvement in internal SOPs and handoffs between RCM, implementation, and success

$75,000 - $123,000 a year Depending on experience. The reasonably estimated national salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $123,000 per year, plus an equity package for eligible employees. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
