A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive strategic relationships with global corporations and TMC partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of corporate and TMC partner accounts, ensuring retention, adoption, satisfaction, and measurable ROI
Lead post-sale relationships end-to-end, guiding onboarding, driving steady-state adoption, and managing renewals
Expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell motions while maintaining commercial and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Account Management experience in B2B environments, ideally with enterprise or global clients
Proven track record managing channel or partnership accounts and driving adoption across multiple stakeholders
Commercially minded with a focus on value, expansion, and renewals
Fluent in data and storytelling, translating insights into actions that drive measurable impact
Experienced with Salesforce or similar CRMs; familiarity with structured sales methodologies is a strong plus
