What does a great Director, Account Management do?

In this role, you will lead an engagement model that elevates and differentiates client experience for our largest, most strategic clients across all areas of Fiserv. You will lead a team of 10-14 Account Managers to successfully deliver and oversee service and operational performance for their clients. To be successful in this role, you will :

• Lead your team to deliver a strategic, differentiated enterprise service model for our large to mid-tier client segment that builds our brand, the client brand and drives revenue growth.
• Proactively strengthen client relationships and resolve client escalations.
• Mentor, direct and coach your team to build stronger, broader and deeper relationships across their client organizations as well as internally across Fiserv
• Proactively assess and develop plans to address / optimize areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness in terms of how we support our clients
• Supervise and monitor key benchmarks

Salary Range $96,000.00 - $163,200.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
