Job Summary :

The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating client care and staff performance while implementing and maintaining Qualicare's standards of care. This leadership role oversees all aspects of client care, staff development, and compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This role is a hybrid role of working at home and also requiring some days to be in the office.
