Job Activities

Preparing topographic and civil alignment / profile and utility drawings, as well as occasional work on other engineering discipline's drawings.

Preparing civil based drawings, as well as occasional facility and / or process piping drawings.

Preparing easement exhibits with guidance from a licensed surveyor.

Specific Requirements

Associates or Technical Degree in Computer Aided Drafting / Design, or similar field

10+ years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D to design and prepare construction drawings.

Flexibility to perform design, drafting and recognize the importance of meeting stringent deadlines in an often fast‑paced environment

Ability to effectively plan & manage time commitments on multiple concurrent projects

Candidate should be team‑oriented, highly motivated with a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work well with minimal direction

Strong understanding of CAD standards, features and annotation styles, line styles, and drawing setup

Communicate effectively with a variety of project team members

Desired Experience

Oil & Gas or renewable energy industry experience

MicroStation experience

Experience processing survey data

Experience processing LiDAR scan data and point clouds

Bluebeam

Industrial mechanical piping experience

Salary Range

$80k - $115k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
