Position Summary : This Recovery Specialist position is located in the CILA program working with adult clients in a group home setting. Recovery Specialist staff assist adult clients with daily living skills and providing hands on skills teaching for budgeting, meal planning, and meal preparation. However the days and times may vary based on the immediate needs of the site. A level of flexibility is required for this position and also an understanding that a set schedule is not always guaranteed.

Job Qualifications :

• High school diploma, GED or higher education
• Advocate for individuals using professionalism and non-adversarial approach
• Willingness, ability and commitment to serve as a role model for recovery
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements
• Must have own transportation
• Minimum (RSA)

Essential Responsibilities :

Schedule : `10 -hour shifts

Compensation & Rewards Based on education, experience, and credentials

Shift differentials : Additional pay based on regularly scheduled shift hours

Work Location : Rosecrance CILA Benton – Rockford, IL
