LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Chandler, AZ with hiring on a contract to permanent basis a Claims Processing Specialist. In this role you will be handling all the incoming document workflows and supporting administratively. You'll be using your detail orientation consistently throughout the day to ensure documentation is transferred from hard copy to digital. The job duties are :

• Handle high-volume incoming mail and ensure timely distribution
• Digitize and organize large quantities of documents through scanning and indexing
• Manage centralized support ticket systems, including email, fax, and voicemail intake
• Process financial transactions such as claims or reimbursements
• Generate reports based on internal and external requests
• Set up and maintain new client or case files
• Complete and route initial incident or intake reports to appropriate stakeholders
• Update internal systems based on customer or team requests
• Prepare and submit required forms to government or regulatory agencies
• Coordinate with external partners or agencies as needed
• Support financial operations by assisting with payment processing
• Handle special document requests, including packaging and mailing via courier services
• Review and screen new contact or account setups using standard applications

Your qualifications will include : 2+ years of administrative support experience. Able to work onsite Monday through Friday in their Chandler, AZ office. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Fast and accurate typing speed. Pay Details : $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
