Provide strategic oversight for ESC-2's internal and external communications, branding, and publications. Lead the development of communication strategies, media relations, digital engagement, and event support to strengthen organizational visibility, stakeholder trust, and alignment with ESC-2 goals.
Education Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
Experience :
- Leading communications strategy, including content development, media relations, and branding initiatives
- Managing multiple projects and staff in a fast-paced environment
- Using digital platforms, social media tools, and analytics for outreach and reporting
- Collaborating with executive leadership, school districts, and community partners
Special Knowledge and Skills :
Expertise in strategic communications planning and executionStrong writing, editing, and messaging skills across multiple platformsKnowledge of branding, public relations, and crisis communication managementFamiliarity with graphic design tools, website content management, and publication layoutAbility to analyze communication effectiveness through metrics and feedbackExperience with large-scale event planning for public, private, or government entitiesKnowledge of and experience with contract negotiation and executionBasic graphic design, desktop publishing, and web management skillsMajor Responsibilities and Duties :
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive communications plan that promotes ESC-2's mission, vision, and services.Serve as the primary point of contact for media, preparing press releases, statements, and responses.Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and design standards across all communication channels.Oversee creation and distribution of newsletters, publications, reports, digital content, and promotional materials.Manage ESC-2's website and social media platforms, ensuring timely, engaging, and accessible content.Provide editorial guidance for internal and external communications.Coordinate communications and logistics for conferences, trainings, and special events.Develop budgets and oversee vendor / sponsor engagement for major events.Support leadership with talking points, presentations, and stakeholder messaging.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.Salary : From 75936.00
Salary : To 111536.00
