Job Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• At least 2 years of restaurant bartending experience
• At least 1 year of craft cocktail experience
• Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Upbeat personality
• Responsible
• Valid Food Handlers Certficate
• Valid TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certificate

Pay Range

11.79 / hour plus tips! ($15 / hour to $40 / hour)

A Day In The Life

The best Via 313 bartenders will be prepared for a day full of fun and upbeat tasks. You'll wear many hats, but your primary responsibilities are to serve alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages with confidence and creativity while always keeping the bar stocked up on supplies. Customers should expect nothing less than an enjoyable experience from you someone who is outgoing and friendly both behind the bar or in casual conversation outside it!

The pizza at Via 313 is inspired by traditional Detroit-Style pies (Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, Niki's) and the best traditional pizzas in the region.
