Come Find Your Spark at Quartz! The Project Portfolio Analyst will analyze portfolio and project management functions in the Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO). This position will act as an administrator for project management tooling ensuring data integrity and continuity. The Project Portfolio Analyst will provide robust reporting and analysis including executive dashboards, capacity oversight, and maintenance of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). This role will provide data insights and early warnings for projects.

• Starting salary is based on skills and experience : $71,000 - $88,800 plus robust benefits package

Responsibilities

Oversees creation of new projects and workspaces.

Collaborates with Project Managers on enterprise portfolio management.

Qualifications

This position can work full-time from our office in Madison, WI, in a hybrid capacity, or remotely from home. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
