Security Guard - Entry Level
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for safeguarding property against damage, fire, theft, and unauthorized entry. This role involves conducting periodic rounds, ensuring the security of doors, windows, and gates, and enforcing regulations and laws.
Responsibilities :
- Guard property against damage, fire, theft, and unauthorized entry.
- Conduct periodic rounds to ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure.
- Enforce regulations and applicable laws, warning or evicting individuals as necessary.
- Interview guests and employees to detect infringements and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, and incidents.
- Report irregularities to management and provide assistance for accident victims.
- Handle emergencies and possibly lift and move equipment or pursue and apprehend individuals.
- Assist management and law enforcement in emergency situations, apprehending unauthorized persons, and investigating suspected thefts.
- Comply with all safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- Report all accidents and injuries promptly and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participate in safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
- Apply OSHA and local safety requirements to all assigned work.
- Perform work according to established safety procedures and attend designated training programs.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
