AllSouth Appliance has a great opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader. We are seeking a true difference maker to head up our Nashville location and lead our team of sales and final mile professionals.
AllSouth is a twenty-eight-year-old appliance industry leader with seven regional showrooms and two distribution centers, operating in the building and retail trade channels. Focused on home appliances and outdoor cooking products offering all price points, entry level to luxury. Our showrooms offer a consultive sales experience with interactive displays and large product selection. We provide our customers with sales, delivery, installation and after purchase warranty services.
This role’s responsibility would be to oversee day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. You will play a vital role in coaching team members and facilitating training activities to promote employee growth and expertise. Expected duties of upholding customer service / satisfaction, meeting sales growth goals and financial targets. Working with the management team to maximize return on showroom and inventory.

Responsibilities of this role
- Overseeing daily operations of the Nashville location, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and high-level customer satisfaction.
- Leading and motivating sales, delivery, warehouse, and service team members.
- Effectively manage inventory levels to balance on time order delivery and fiscal excellence.
- Implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and purchase experience.
- Analyzing sales data and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensuring a positive and customer-friendly shopping experience across the store.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
- Manage and motivate team members, providing coaching and support for professional development.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with AllSouth core team to create appealing product displays.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals, expectations and updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ongoing research regarding industry trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape to maximize market leadership.
Required skills and qualifications
3+ years of experience as a location leader, preferably in the home appliance or home goods space. Knowledge of retail trends and multi-channel sales.In-depth knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.Proficient in sales processes, experienced oversight of local distribution, receiving and delivery.Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems, sales / operations dashboards and other common software tools (Microsoft office).Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
