Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Staffmark is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting employees, and excel at managing HR processes, this role is for you. You'll play a key part in payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations-while collaborating with teams locally and at our client's facility.

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Pay : $28 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Process accurate payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Manage benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
• Maintain employee records, support onboarding / offboarding, and ensure policy compliance
• Address employee questions and concerns in English and Spanish
• Act as Safety Coordinator and ensure site compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with Mexico facility on HR initiatives and communications
• Support HR documentation, handbook updates, and company-wide communications
• Assist with phones and general administrative tasks as needed
