About the Role :

Merlin Complete Auto Care (DeKalb / Loves Park / Batavia) is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and sales support.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services to customers based on their vehicle's needs
  • Generate sales by explaining benefits and features of recommended services
  • Manage customer inquiries and appointments both in person and over the phone
  • Utilize computer systems to track customer information and service history

    • Requirements :

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
