Applications / Permitting Specialist

An Applications / Permitting Specialist at Trinity Solar plays a critical role in facilitating the preparation and submission of permit, utility, and state application packages. This position is also responsible for tracking the progress of all applications, maintaining accurate records, and fostering productive relationships with municipalities and relevant organizations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and submit permit, utility, and state application packages
• Assist in gathering and organizing documentation required for application submissions
• Monitor the status of applications and maintain accurate updates within internal databases
• Review, distribute, and manage various documents and correspondence
• Perform general administrative duties including answering calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, shipping, and filing
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with municipalities and relevant external agencies
• May involve travel for permit submission and collection as needed
